Pelvic Floor Services
Everything is connected!
Every step, squat, lunge, sprint, deadlift, jump, throw, breath, and change of direction creates forces that your body must absorb, manage, and transfer efficiently. At the center of this process is a dynamic system made up of the diaphragm, abdominal wall, pelvic floor, and deep spinal stabilizers. When these muscles are working together, movement feels stronger, more efficient, and more resilient. When coordination is disrupted, symptoms such as back pain, hip pain, abdominal wall dysfunction, pelvic pressure, or leaking during exercise can occur.
Your pelvic health is influenced by much more than pelvic floor strength alone. It depends on how your deep core system functions as a whole—including muscle tone, tissue mobility and elasticity, pressure management, strength, and your ability to connect with and control your body.
I chose my name for this practice because the deep core is more than your abdominal muscles—it's an integrated system that includes the diaphragm, pelvic floor, abdominal wall, and spinal stabilizers. Together, these muscles create the foundation for efficient movement, pressure management, and stability. Whether you're recovering from pelvic floor dysfunction or pain, striving to perform at your athletic best, or returning to exercise postpartum, a well-functioning deep core supports strength, confidence, and resilience in everything you do.

Pregnancy & Postpartum
Proactive care allows us to address concerns early so we can reduce the likelihood of more significant issues developing over time.
My goal is to bring exceptional pregnancy and postpartum care directly to you, helping you feel supported, prepared, and confident throughout your journey. My greatest passion is providing skilled pelvic health care during pregnancy and in the early postpartum period—before the traditional 6-week postpartum checkup—when many women can benefit from guidance and support.
Pregnancy and childbirth place unique demands on your body. As your body adapts to new responsibilities, the physical and functional changes can feel overwhelming, particularly within the pelvic floor and pelvic girdle. Fortunately, we have an opportunity to improve the standard of pregnancy and postpartum care by prioritizing pelvic health.
Research consistently shows that movement is not only safe during pregnancy and after delivery but also highly beneficial. I believe pelvic floor physical therapy should be a routine part of care during pregnancy and postpartum, helping women stay active, address concerns early, and recover more effectively.
Because every pregnancy and postpartum experience is different, your care should be too. I create individualized treatment plans that consider your full health history, lifestyle, goals, and the needs of your entire body—not just your symptoms.
If you're wondering whether pelvic floor physical therapy is right for you, I'd love to connect and answer your questions.
